I’ve definitely written too many 'in my opinion'... in my opinion...

sufficiency for the album, only because it contains some beautiful pieces. but overall it's TOO SAPPY, really too much.. a little more energy is, in my opinion, what has always been lacking. 'love metal' already had more, but not enough, and the same goes for 'razorblade romance'. this album, for me, is a clear step backward. I hope that Valo will finally decide to break away from catchy choruses and slow songs to offer us something truly complete, because so far HIM hasn't given us anything complete. I believe they have the potential to be a fantastic band (and I’m not joking), but maybe they will never be.. the review is also, in my opinion, too biased, well done but not very objective.. rating 3.5 rounded up to 4 because I'm nice.

I would give this album 3 stars, just enough to pass but nothing more; it’s definitely one of Ligabue's best, a gem compared to the barrage of nonsense he has been offering us for a while... 'metti in circolo il tuo amore' is beautiful, and the film is great too.

Dear Bisius, I am a man, so dear rebelde, not dear. You can consider the review a 1 from your subjective point of view, in the sense that you may disagree with what is said in it, but you must admit that from an objective standpoint (formal aspects, information, descriptions) it is not poorly done at all. I believe that when voting on a review, all parameters should be taken into account, from the objective aspects to personal opinions of both oneself and the writer, without ever wanting to penalize for any more or less significant difference of views. That’s why, in addition to the votes, there are also comments: to explain where you agree and where you don’t. That’s all.

this is NOT at all a 1-star review. Those who give a 1 to the review either are NOT being sincere or do NOT understand much... and anyway, this is NOT a group that I can like.

I don't think it's their best album.. still appreciable.. 'broadway is dark tonight, a little bit weaker than you used to be, broadway is dark tonight, see the young man sittin' in the old man's bar waiting for his turn to die...' one step above the others!!
Elvis Presley 30# 1 Hits

I can only acknowledge your ideas, which are clearly expressed and coherent, while limiting myself to disagreeing, fully admitting my total ignorance regarding the aforementioned Chuck Berris. I consider Elvis a fascinating figure in the music world where, at last, the idea of spectacularization, which later became characteristic of all the major rock bands that followed, begins to timidly take shape. There is a significant generational gap between how music was played before and after Elvis, in terms of the relationship with the audience, and this alone would be enough to place him among the greats of the time. Moreover, he was essentially a singer accompanied by an instrument or supporting bands, which is why the instrumental dimension is decidedly inferior to others of his era.

Honestly, I really don't see any valid reasons why there shouldn't be politics in music. Just because Stendhal said so?? Who cares!! And you are all completely free to not listen to politicized music; no one is forcing you. You talk as if creating politicized music is a personal affront to you! Whatever...
