bah... I think the Japanese film is better: it's more complete, you understand why this damn girl kills people, at least! In short, The Ring has some truly disturbing scenes, especially the ending which I find terrifying; but let's admit it, in this version everything is up in the air, without a plot or a logical thread! but who was this girl? how and why did she do these things?? Maybe I'm the one expecting too much from a horror...
