Tepes, I don't believe that their approach to the topic is so trivial; indeed, they often dwell too long on the same nuances. It's true that their songs often resolve in a very simple way, but that doesn’t diminish their communicative effectiveness, which I think is important. Moreover, they have also written somewhat more elaborate texts, although they still remain quite essential and have a catchy chorus. Among other things, their latest album shows remarkable progress in this regard, but I think this is mainly due to a difference in intent in writing, rather than other more or less debatable factors (wanting to sell as much as possible, putting in more or less effort/seriousness, actual ability to develop the theme in a certain way, etc.).

bah.. I saw the video of evolution; I didn’t know it was them, but after 3 seconds of the song I said to myself: "these are Korn". In short, it doesn't seem to me that this song deviates much from the characteristics that have brought the band their well-deserved reputation as a musical disgrace. I obviously will never listen to the album. To be avoided like the plague. The review starts off quite well, then it stumbles with that track by track, which I believe is the ugliest I've ever read.
