I've thought it over: not a masterpiece, but perhaps Adams' most captivating album.

A review made with insight, who are you to talk about arrogance? Rather, I would speak of envy; I have nothing to say about this review: beautifully written, full of content and references. The only note might be on the high number of lines dedicated to the (wonderful) title track. Regarding the album, less celebrated than "The Joshua Tree" and "Achtung Baby," but certainly of sensational charm. I recommend everyone to listen to many tracks from the album along with their respective videos. "Stay (Faraway, so close!)" is simply stunning.

Next week I'm going to Dublin and she's performing at a venue. 25 euros. Should I go? (here we go again...)

I usually don’t get involved in disputes between others, but Clarissa was absolutely right when she posted a few days ago, because it’s true that some people have ruined this site and chased away the best debaserians. There’s not much more to add. It wasn’t a criticism, but a faithful observation of reality. Nothing more. So dear Lostinspace, come back down to Earth.

Well-written review, I don't agree with all the content. I believe that this album doesn't have any major singles, but paradoxically, when listened to from start to finish, it turns out to be very pleasant. In any case, I think "Miracle drug" rightfully belongs among the finest pieces by U2. I don't believe the next album will be similar to this one or to "All that you can't leave behind." I heard Bono mention that he would like to work on an album that's a bit harder or the exact opposite, something that highlights the voice, something very stripped-down. Let's hope for the best.

I listened carefully last night before falling asleep: immense! Stratos's voice is so elusive and schizophrenic that damn it, you just want to grab it. "The Downfall of the Zeppelin" is a real kick in the stomach. Divine!
