"Avalancha" another beautiful album... what great memories until then with that album I still dreamed that they could break through seriously here in Italy, but here it barely sold anything... much better instead in other countries like in America (Latin America especially). I survived for years buying little by little, everything on eBay, and finally, I completed all the CD singles of the printed versions in Europe (but not the versions from Japan, Argentina, and Australia... otherwise it would really drive me crazy and it would take a fortune!!!) all this to honor and continue to get excited by this group.

X Legolas: in addition to what I already have in common with you; I also own this product... which you might not have because it doesn't belong to the official discography... it's called: "heroes del silencio" with the same name P + C 1987 format CD: it contains 1. Heroe de Leyenda (maxi version) 2. El Mar no Cesa 3. La Lluvia Gris 4. Heroe de Leyenda. I think it's the first LP printed on CD by the EMI-Spanish label. I bought it a couple of years ago, new on eBay; because I wanted to have the song "El Mar no Cesa," which is not present on any of the 4 official albums... by the way, if I remember correctly this song was their very first single released in their homeland...

Anyway, I'm proud of it because they were the first rock band I listened to when I was 11 years old, and I stumbled upon them by chance, mainly thanks to VIDEOMUSIC (with "entre dos tierras") and a few other TV appearances. In the summer of 1993, I bought both "senderos de traicion" and "el espiritu del vino" on cassette format and it was love at first sight. Afterwards, I also got "el mar no cesa," and in 1995 I anxiously waited for the release of "avalancha." By then, I owned all their albums on cassette! From 1996, when "parasiempre live" was released, which I bought in double CD format (because that was the only way I could find it around... no cassette format), I decided to finally repurchase their entire discography on CD!!! Even though today I mainly listen to METAL, Heroes Del Silencio never cease to move me like they did when I was little....... I'm sorry that I could never see them live here in Italy because I was too young back then... I'M GLAD THAT ON THIS SITE THERE ARE OTHERS LIKE ME WHO APPRECIATE THIS BAND!

I got them in December 2000, and since then it's not easy for me to tell people what those two symbols are on my arms, especially when I explain that they are the logos of this BAND that many don't know or sometimes only know by name... (referring to the most famous song, "entre dos tierras")

Great band! Beautiful album! I've been following them since 1992 when their first video "entre dos tierras" started airing on TV (on VideoMusic). They are my favorite band of all time! Maybe I'm the only Italian who loves this band! I practically own everything... except for the bootlegs! I even have two tattoos on my arms... (done back in 2001) which are basically the two logos of the band (the initials of the band's name... an H and an S that cross each other...) found in the albums "el espiritu del vino" from 1993 and "avalancha" from 1995. A band that I will always carry in my heart and on my skin.

I only know and adore the previous album, which is "i say, i say, i say" from 1993, if I remember correctly...

In its genre.... my favorite album!!! Even Aborym had not managed to please me this much.... for me, an unrepeatable masterpiece!

My first concert, which I saw at 15 years old, was with LORO in VASTO back in 1996... such beautiful memories, and what a great album along with the following "STARD'UST". I really loved the singer's voice and the electronic and trip-hop sounds of the subsequent album.
