OBJECTIVELY the rating to assign to this record is inevitably 2 out of 5.

I'm not ashamed to say it... but among all the discography of Bowie that I've listened to (and appreciated), this is the only album that I really like a lot, in its entirety, from the first to the last song. I own it in original and in multiple formats; whether it's Pop or Merda... I couldn't care less; what's important is having found an album by this ARTIST that satisfies me 100% when I listen to it; even if I'm the only one in the World!

Great album! My favorites are "Shoulder Holster" and "Friction." In 1998, besides BIG CALM, I also bought MOON SAFARI and MEZZANINE, which I still enjoy.
