I haven't seen the film... simply because I don't have a great fondness for Loach... I really appreciate his "political commitment" but his way of making movies has never appealed to me... Here we find Tarantino in his second screenplay "handed off" to another badass director: the first was Tony Scott with his "True Romance," and the second is this one!
