King Crimson Larks' Tongues in Aspic
Voto:
In my opinion, you’re both wrong: at a quick glance, "lark's tongue..." and "Red" might seem similar (after all, it's always Wetton singing), but in reality, they have nothing to do with each other: the former is cultured prog with a nod to classical music, while the latter is rock mixed with something unclassifiable, making it one of the most intriguing albums ever... They are not the preparation for each other; even the approach and themes are different: it’s also true, though, that "lark's" ends with passages that open up "Red"... mmmm...
Steve Bendelack Mr. Bean's Holiday

English humor is often also black humor or in bad taste, or annoying, much like the gags of Mr. Bean (annoying for the other characters, of course)..... Then think of TV shows like "Blackadder" with the same Atkinson, "Game On," or the irresistible "Bottom"......

beautiful omega page, fantastic album, but I prefer other KC ones ;)
Porcupine Tree Fear Of A Blank Planet

I agree, I’ve seen Porcupine live twice, and Harrison is incredible, a super fast metronome. He can fit monstrous rhythms into a single bar..... But I repeat, I prefer Maitland ;)

even Zappa said that the guitar is a substitute for the penis.....psychology or not, surely the guitarist gets more action than the triangle player.......Great psycho page ;)

Dennis Hopper Easy Rider

For example, the other day I rewatched "Citizen Kane" by Welles: great film, I don’t need to say that.... But if we look at it through a strictly technical lens, his directing style was very advanced for that time, but today it’s no longer an absolute pillar of technical inventiveness; it’s irreparably dated............ So I wouldn’t define it as current (mind you, I’m talking about directing technique, not the story or the message), yet you like it a lot: how do you explain that? Isn’t it dated? (like Easy Rider...?)
