I'll get the DVD, thanks... by the way, does anyone know where to find 200 motels the film? (although I think it will be tough). At least to know overall what it’s about...

Patitucci plays with Perez (who impressed me immensely live, effortlessly switching from piano to clapping on the piano wood to playing a small wind instrument, creating exceptional effects) right in the DeJohnette quartet alongside the very talented guitarist Jerome Harris... if you get the chance to see this quartet, you'll be left speechless... in the concert I attended, each piece was different from the other, moving from classic jazz to free jazz, from African rhythms to Eastern and Arabic ones... truly well-rounded musicians who make you feel the music deep inside... obviously, there's no need to say anything about DeJohnette... MADò!

I recently saw another incredible bassist: John Patitucci, with the exceptional band of DeJohnette... it almost looked like he was violating the double bass (more for the movements of his body and his legs tangled around the instrument than for the notes he was creating)... if you get the chance, go see him, it’s truly worth it.
