Aaah, the times of long discussions about Flaming Lips and the like... Happy to hear from you again, great proposal... Psychedelic day to everyone, gentlemen!

Indeed, that limited edition of "grace for drowning" in 100 copies with vacuum-sealed alka-seltzer inside and a survival kit with an apple, a typically English sandwich, and tea sold out quickly... I didn't manage to get one in time, but I'll organize myself in a homemade way, you know... flannel robe, a big omelette, ice-cold beer, and rut... Best regards to you from the not overly old Dante: as they say, see you here, around the site ;)

Well, would you look at that... just today I decided to listen to this album for the first time, and so a part of my brain (mechanically) made me open debaser to see who praised it or trashed it - because it was always one of the two. And look who I find in the comments? Someone who was always there whenever prog and related topics were discussed on debaser. Either breaking balls or giving valuable advice, but always present. Antò, good to see you again! So you haven't moved on to listen to the Sanremo compilations yet, you haven't... given up! And admit it, Steven Wilson has always been bait you can't resist... :) Ah, the album is by far better than other recent works by Steven, even if unfortunately our friend doesn't seem to love a "manageable" length too much; in fact, he always loves to go overboard, which weighs a bit on the overall digestibility of the listening experience...

"I have always had a school-like perception of the years; for me, a year doesn't end on New Year's Eve. It's easier for me to take stock of what I've experienced when summer takes its first steps. There's a much clearer and more pronounced sense of break; you can return and change, even if it never happens." Wise words, perhaps because deep down, the youthful years are always bustling, and we obviously listen to them. Summer is more beautiful...Interesting point!

A small great film that unleashes reflections, comic moments we've all experienced at school, and above all, memories: like when it was the last days of school, and maybe it was early afternoon, and a little bit of sun came in through the windows and hit the walls or part of the corridor, making you tremble with something, perhaps with the freedom that was about to arrive, or maybe with the fact that we were young, and together... Beautiful.

For unconscious connections that I can't decipher, perhaps aided by that word (spiders), this cover smells of Slint references, with 4 heads above water, and big glasses like those worn by Britt Walford... everything is intriguing, maybe I’ll give it a listen.

It's nice to pull out a Woody film every now and then; it always has its large audience, thanks to everyone >>>>
