I only know "loveless" and I have always liked it a lot. Is it true that it's worth listening to it carefully?

I'm listening to it right now. In my opinion, it's their best album; there's not a single track I don't like. Plus, yeah, I'm fond of Dave Grohl and he’s a great drummer.
Ps. It's Wasting Light, without the "s."

I've always liked them. I've only heard the single + the related video for the work in question, and it left me a bit... um, let's say surprised. I'll dive deeper today since I'll have to stay at home for various reasons.

Personally, I really like the whole djent scene that Sumerian has "launched" (so all four supergroups you mentioned are among my favorites). The rest of their roster doesn't excite me much (the latest Asking Alexandria is something unbearable). However, I'll give you a tip: if you like these Stick To Your Guns, you should give I The Breather a listen.

I was browsing the Sumerian site and stumbled upon this band. I need to listen to them properly, but the single "Amber" isn't bad at all. Let's just say that lately I've been really into "The Discovery" by Born Of Osiris, a superb album!

Very disappointed. I have always liked the first three albums, the first one still plays on my Mac, but this one, for now, on a first listen, I didn't like it at all. I will continue to listen to it; maybe I will change my mind, but for now, the judgment is more than negative.
