Honestly, it’s their work that I digest the least. Let’s be clear, it remains a sublime piece of work, but a notch below "The Real Thing," "Angel Dust," and, in some ways, even below "Album of the Year."

It's my favorite every other day along with Angel Dust. The pairing "Zombie Eaters / The Real Thing" is a nice punch! Great album.

I’ve been listening to this album intermittently for almost a year now. Sometimes I like it, sometimes it bores me. There are some gems (Butterflies on Luci's Way above all) but digesting it in one go makes me feel nauseous.

New stuff, in short.

As promised and after careful listening, I can give my judgment, which can only be a solid 5. What needs to be said about this album has been said over and over again; I add beautiful tracks like "My Wave," "Fell On Black Days," "Head Down," "The Day I Tried To Live," "Fresh Tendrils," and the title track. Of course, the solo in "Like Suicide" would be worth the price of the album on its own. Great work, mind-blowing rhythm section, and Cornell is incredible.
