The review and the cover inspire me; musically, I don’t know, I will listen.

I preferred him with his more "rap" mixtapes, like 5AM in Toronto. This stuff here is too hybrid. Not much rap, a bit of r'n'b, and too much pop (even classy, for goodness' sake). I have to say this flows better than VIEWS. It's true that there are 22 tracks here, but most are under 4 minutes, VIEWS was unnecessarily lengthy. Anyway, not bad.

He's always as pleasant as a finger up the ass, but I don't know why, I've always liked them. However, this is the weakest album since the reunion, in my opinion. The Sea of Memories is several notches above (very inspired) and the previous Man on the Run is more massive in its sound structures. In any case, it’s enjoyable overall. Nice cover.
Jimmy Eat World Integrity Blues

Jimmy Eat World have always given me the impression of being the good-natured, somewhat awkward friend. Everyone knows they're there, but no one really pays attention. When it comes to Italy, this might be understandable, but even in America (despite their decent success, even currently) the situation isn't much different. Anyway, talking about a revival and mentioning Jimmy Eat World seems a bit misleading to me because they have always been very active (an album every three years, plus some EPs scattered here and there). They are among my favorite bands, and it's always a shame to (not) read about Futures as one of their best works. Then yes, there was a trilogy of fairly mediocre albums (Chase The Light - Invented - Damage), although there are still some tracks that are well above average. Speaking of Integrity Blues, I consider it one of the top ten albums of 2016. You With Me is the quintessential emo track. Good on you for shining a little light on this genre, this band, and this album here on deBasio. High marks for you just for that.
P.S.: I have the limited edition vinyl (3,000 copies) in aqua green :)
More Than Life Love Let Me Go

One of my favorite albums in its genre (alongside Witness by Modern Life is War). For me, there's no comparison between this and its successor. Love Let Me Go blows it away across the board.
Great review of an album that I know like the back of my hand :D

Never liked them, not even once. Armstrong's muffled voice has always irritated me, and after the boom (still inexplicable to me) of American Idiot, I put it behind me. This one, I would gladly pass on.
Nice review, intentionally nostalgic. At 18, with the Playstation 2 and, I’d add, MSN and the countless conversations, a tear rolled down my cheek :')
PS: none of these comebacks are worth saving. But maybe it’s just the genre I’ve never particularly loved. There, I said it.

Of them, I only remember a song I liked, Farewell to the Fairground (video included), and then they never piqued my interest. I read a few reviews about the previous one, I think it was called Big TV, but nothing particularly positive. I'm avoiding this one too; horrible cover.

By the way, in the review of Revolution Radio by Green Day, we talked about ugly covers, but now, seeing this one, I think it beats them all hands down.

Nothing, I've never liked them. Beyond the singles, I've even listened to a couple of random tracks (I don't remember the names) but they just aren't for me.

I never look favorably on comebacks after too many years, NEVER. The most recent in order of time (and disappointment): At the Gates, Faith No More, Refused, and who knows how many others I've forgotten. In this case, though, they hold a special place in my heart, and I don’t know how critical I would be in my judgment. I’ve only listened to the single, and I didn’t mind it; it was enough for me to pre-order the vinyl, regardless of everything else :) It’s a bit sad that these damn leaks come 20 days early, a product of the internet, but hey, these are the times, and we adapt. In reality, I couldn’t resist either and downloaded it, but I haven't found the courage to listen to it yet.
