Sublime review. I'm from Naples and I know her, but she's really not within my musical interests; I don't even (try) again.
Foo Fighters Foo Fighters

Always preferred in other projects and as a drummer (Them Vultured Crookes, NIN) but I have to admit that the Foo's remain my ultimate guilty pleasure, maybe also because I feel some fondness for the person himself.
Deftones Private Music
Voto:
I’ve come to realize: Deftones definitely belong in my top 5 favorite bands of all time. As a result, I couldn’t help but buy the vinyl blindly and listen to it on repeat. The result? One of their best albums, so far album of the year. coscienza:

I am a simple person: I see a review of "Home Alone" and I click on it. Of course, back then I was totally captivated as well, not so much by the movies themselves but by Christmas and New York. I admit, also because of these two little films, I grew up with the American dream. In the end, I've been to America (multiple times) but as an adult you no longer "feel" that magic.

I do even worse: I have the book but I've never read it (that's also why I wanted to read the review presented here).
Alkaline Trio Blood, Hair, And Eyeballs

There has always been something about them that never fully convinced me. At the time, I was drawn to Crimson by the single "Time to Waste," but I didn't like the rest of the album. I gave this one a listen; it seems interesting (especially on the rhythmic side). I'll see if I delve deeper; in the meantime, a very enjoyable review to read. Well done!
Thrice The Artist in the Ambulance (Revisited)

One of my musical certainties, they have never released a bad album, although after the reunion they didn't make me shout miracles either. Obviously, this work remains the pinnacle, and this new edition sounds even better, with the guests (and what guests, to be honest, especially producer Brian McTernan, as well as Sam Carter from Architects) who integrate perfectly without altering anything.
Quercia Di tutte le cose che abbiamo perso e perderemo

Great recommendation! I didn't know them, and I must say I’m really enjoying listening to them these days. Buio and Fiammiferi are my favorite tracks. Not satisfied, I discovered another couple of similar bands, especially I recommend the Milanese Øjne.
Bush The Art Of Survival

I haven't commented on a de-review in ages, but for this release, I'm dusting off my virtual pen and paper. I'll start by saying that this – in my opinion – is the best Bush album post-reunion (2011). The riffs are always front and center, there's good taste in melody, and the underlying concept, although overused, is striking. I didn't find any fillers, but plenty of great tracks like: Shark Bite, Human Sand, and my favorite, Judas is a Riot. The occasional ballad, Creatures of the Fire, is also nice. Overall, I rate it on the same level as the excellent album by Institute. Great job on the review.
Converge The Dusk In Us

I was waiting for your review of The Dusk In Us but not this soon :D Wow, have you already absorbed and digested it? I'm still on my first listens (some distracted, others with the lyrics in hand). Besides being overall a blast, the tracks that excite me the most are: A Single Tear, Trigger, and especially Thousands of Miles Between Us (heartbreaking) and of course the title track. But, I reiterate, the whole pattern is quite deserving. I believe it will be my album for late autumn... and winter. Perfect for this time of year. Well done, as usual.
