Well...maybe...but perhaps you missed a little detail; namely that among the (re)producers of the album is a certain Riccardo Schicchi..!

First of all, the album in question is from 1994, not 2004, and the absolute nihilistic and annihilating extremism of your writing finds no reflection in the good songs that make up the platter. You are kindly asked to do your research better before feeding your verbal scraps to the sharks.

Joe Cavalli... and a certain DANNY CAREY, right?.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Genius and creativity absolutely unknown to Mike Portnoy.

1) But is it true that Michael Jackson sponsors Chicco?!?
2) But is it true that Michael Jackson will be the next host of the Zecchino d'Oro?!?
3) But is it true that when Michael Jackson was asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?" he replied the changing table?!?
4) But is it true that Michael Jackson writes his appointments in Hamtaro's agenda?!?
5) But is it true that Michael Jackson is taking a contortionism course to fit into the surprises of the Kinder egg?!?
Saint Deamon In Shadows Lost From The Brave

Nestled in the horizon of the aforementioned, this album stands out for its sound and songwriting quality. The ideas do indeed intersect with something from Edguy, Sonata Arctica, and even further back with pioneers like Helloween and Pretty Maids. In the melodic sphere, I found many references to Savatage and Toto. A group that is not particularly original yet emblematic of a rare affection for excellent sound productions. It may not be Keeper of The Seven Keys, nor Land of The Free or Imaginations from the Other Side, but it remains a good work. That's enough to warrant it more than one listen.

Absolutely agree with most. Rhapsodic work and reinterpreting the archetype par excellence "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway."

For there is... The most technical and pyrotechnic rhythm section since the days of Cream?? Perhaps you forgot a recent group of extraterrestrials called TOOL where a certain Danny Carey and a certain Justin Chancellor play... I said it all.

Mediocre emulative commercialism.
