Your words have a foundation, but I find them close to extremism. And then Headless Cross, Born Again, and Tyr, I wouldn't really dismiss them as 'other'.

Dear Eddx... I just want to respond to your (almost entirely) indisputable point with just two things; Randy played after the rock world had seen the release of a certain track called Eruptions. As for Randy's alleged innovativeness and his "innovative" neoclassical style, I just want to ask if you've ever heard of a certain Ritchie Blackmore... For the rest, hats off to your meticulous critical analysis...

By the way, driven by curiosity, I also listened to the album. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that although it’s light years away from my usual genre, it’s not bad at all; it's a mix of rock, folk, southern with a hint of funk. It reminds me of something by Keith Emerson as a solo artist. I realize that in such a context, it may seem grotesque to focus on the music as if nothing were happening, but let’s allow these pages their main purpose; that of spreading emotions. I have never met the author, but I’m sure that from this perspective, this can be considered her testament.
Metallica Death Magnetic

Not only that, but without considering that even good old Jason Newsted had an apparently low profile, yet was actually very, very technical. Cliff Burton was an excellent musician, but his death, as often happens, negatively contributed to the (anti)myth of Metallica. Death brings emphasis.

Unfortunately, I don't know, my friend. But I believe that no one would come to answer you in this setting. I understand your curiosity, as well as my own (I can't hide it), but it's quite an inappropriate question (at least for most people).

"Holy tinkling" that wouldn't have anything to do with the cover...? Are you sure you even looked at it?
