I disagree. There are very engaging sections with a well-crafted atmosphere, but I found it verbose in some parts and fragmented in the narrative. It almost felt like this book was divided into isolated compartments with difficulties, if not impossibilities, in communicating with each other. In short, I expected more.

Amazing, truly a masterpiece. I don't understand the adjective mainstream: could you please explain what you mean?

However, since you referenced one of my favorite TV shows "Space: 1999" and especially the aliens that could indeed be among us, I listened to this record and here it is: I found it quite nice; it’s not a retro piece from 40 years ago as someone foolishly wrote. It’s just a very light techno/experimental/alien record. I find this one, much more Space: 1999.

Really a good album. Besides the ones mentioned, I really enjoyed "We are alive," almost a tribute to Johnny Cash; it's truly a great song: Another great song I find is the obscure and Waitsian "Swallowed up," bonus track: "This depression" and "Wrecking ball" are also beautiful, just like the concert in June at the Florence stadium, which I will be attending with great enjoyment.
