I wrote that comparison between Madonna and Bono, and if you read the comment I started from and the others I've written, you'll understand what I mean... you might not agree, but at least you'll see where I was trying to go.

Hi trelly, :) for some it might be like that, I meant to say that they represent an image that goes beyond the musical discourse. As far as I'm concerned, neither one nor the other interests me; perhaps I'm wrong, but they give me the impression of being an integral part of the show biz machine.. Ciao..

I fully agree with Enea; in some ways, Madonna is Bono Vox in female form!! Close-up image, music (always of high quality, in terms of production, involved musicians, budgets, etc.) comes second. Best regards, ...cia...

Hi Giov, I think I understand and partially share your point... there’s certainly nothing new on the table (or maybe very little), it’s just that in my opinion (I repeat, after several listens) I was struck by the fact that they produced a rock album that still sounds good and is interesting and a bit particular just for its sonorities. We are still talking about the Crowes... who have always been true to themselves and their musical “school,” which is why it’s often said that certain musicians and/or bands don’t innovate... and here they do, maybe not with excellent results, but they do it.
Best regards....
PS: "...è pieno zeppelin" not bad at all, it fits perfectly!!
...Ciao...

Thank you, Nick, I hope you enjoyed that little bit you heard. Anyway, by clicking the magic button, a random DeReview, I was thinking in general about how wonderful it is to discover music that just a moment before you didn't even know existed. This is a beautiful thing.
Long live DeBaser, a brilliant container!!!
