Thanks for the comment. Indeed, in the review, there is a balanced enthusiasm that isn't full-on enthusiasm, precisely because of the feeling of "bitterness..." that the album leaves.
In my opinion, the rating is balanced; 2 stars wouldn't have done justice to an album that isn't essential but is certainly enjoyable. I hope to hear from you after listening to the sempols at the link.
