Star Power, Shadow of a Doubt, and Green Light at least, 3 out of 10 is not a bad average. They have shoegaze influences using the same meter you use for the SP, right?
The guitars that completely overshadow bass and drums are not at all a characteristic of the new wave; quite the opposite. The use of bass and drums for compositional purposes rather than mere accompaniment is one of the main characteristics of new wave (do Joy Division serve as a sufficient example?), something that simply does not exist in shoegaze. So let’s take Slowdive if you want to talk about them: the drums are merely a progression, a mere accompaniment; the strength of the group and its uniqueness lie in the guitars and vocals (and arrangements). In shoegaze, the vocals are not a fundamental part of the song, just a means to achieve a certain atmosphere; in the Pumpkins, they are absolutely essential. In Loveless, the words are barely distinguishable, you see...
Anyway, I only challenged you on the shoegaze part because I agree on the rest. I understand it’s just one of the influences you mentioned, but it’s the only one I don’t like. If I agree and have nothing to add, what do you want from me? :)

I am moved. You have my blessing to make a menstruating woman without the hassle of the previous campari soda and gin.

Bullet pixies, it's quite evident, like almost all the nirvana of nevermind. They start softly, and in the chorus, they scream like a slaughterhouse. Take Tame. And don't fuck around, once a "fan" I am.

You’ve messed with your brain, I’ve been mocking it for 2 hours. Emojis would ruin my hardcore/punk/can’t-eat-whoever-jus t-to-cut-my-tongue vibe. Forget the emojis.

"I'm going to screw my bleeding Valentina," this thing really sucks, allow me. At least wait until she’s finished her cycle, for goodness' sake. :D

I'm not feeling serene? :) Listen, you started with this nonsense, the only thing I asked you to do is to find where I would have said it. Can't you do that? No wonder, *I didn't* say it. Maybe before you start causing trouble, it's better to make sure you understand a general "something" about what you've read, because I repeat, chuckling and insulting only to find out two days later that you didn't understand a thing from a very simple comment in Italian is not great. And it's easycure who linked the sound of the SP with that of the MBV, not me. At least have you read/understood his? I have a feeling you haven't.

Anyway, this thing is really fantastic (and embarrassing), because it shows an idiocy so deeply rooted in the soul that the only thing to do seems to be to shout at the top of your lungs “follow the light” :D
The reasoning appears to be this: Loveless is a seminal album, MC is not epic and grandiose like Loveless, therefore seminal and epic are synonyms. Another gem that now lives its own life: I don’t hear shoegaze in MC, so the only music worth listening to is shoegaze (and the funny thing is they even went to check out my reviews, shoegaze bands like Sex Pistols and Husker Du). Really, I don’t have enough money to give you for all this. They read something, don’t understand it, and start spouting endless movies, all while gnawing at centuries-old oak trunks to build a dam that somehow contains the nonsense they say, between an insult and a laugh. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

There's just one small thing missing, try to recover at least the second of the total three brain cells you have left, and find me where I would connect the two terms, preferably without the additions from your friend who just got back from L'Isola dei Famosi. If you can't manage, give me your address so I can send you "Favole scritte a macchina" with some text analysis questions, because let’s be honest, you didn’t do your homework during the first-grade beach vacation. I’ll give you a + if you understand this post, even though looking at the results from the previous ones I’d say the chances are pretty slim :) Happy sulking.

Who the hell would be pissed off, seriously? Who went to another review to ramble on, showing they didn’t understand a damn thing I said, and whining like a troop of beavers? You’ve made 20 posts, and you haven’t added anything to the discussion, 0, nada, niet, nisba. You've been whining for days and days, aren’t you tired of it? Come on, and I'm even avoiding you, mind you, considering you've made a fool of yourself over everything you've said and I’ve barely responded, imagine what would happen if I actually paid attention to you! Come on, stop whining, you're an adult.

Did Scaruffi really say that bullshit? LOL! It's amazing to see your words weaponized and twisted in the dumbest possible way by those who weren't gifted with intelligence by Mother Nature, clearly without ever engaging in the discussion, I wonder why. However, I see you've abandoned the epic = seminal line, I guess due to the burning in your ass :) Epic and seminal, them and the Constantine who evidently leads them.
