Funny but I certainly wouldn't watch it again... I would like to know from M.Poletti and senior86 what in the Griffins provokes their intense hatred, just out of curiosity... Similarly to you, I find The Simpsons unbeatable (except for the latest seasons, of which I find some episodes truly pathetic), so much so that I've been watching them for 15 years, but I see in the Griffins a silliness and a crude comedy that makes it impossible not to laugh or at least smile...

I believe that at the box office it grossed around a million... in lire, of course!
Andy e Larry Wachowsky Matrix

this Matrix is a masterpiece..the other two are little more than trash..or rather they could have been better if they had focused more on the plot and not on special effects..this omnipotent Neo is getting a bit annoying..Agent Smith is my favorite character..and come on, who, after watching it and getting up from their seat, doesn't look around for a moment, doubting the physical reality of the world around them?

fabulous! one of my favorite movies...
Paul Verhoeven Robocop

@Occulto etc: well, it did indeed exaggerate the warmongering aspect too much... I mentioned "the road to glory" because perhaps it's his work most inclined towards the self-irony of the mercenary soldier... filled with paradoxical and fanciful situations... it's very funny, I recommend it if you find it...

a piece of the imaginary of my youth..beyond its purely cinematic value (which I still find more than enough), it has an explicit emotional significance..I have seen the sequels but honestly I don’t remember them, probably because of their poor quality..
@M.Poletti: but why wouldn’t you give 5 to the Smurfs all your life? and anyway, turning a movie into a video game doesn’t diminish the original at all. on the other hand, 95% of video games based on films are pretty terrible.
@ Occulto Supersovrano: I fully agree with your analysis of Starship Troopers, even if Heinlein's novel is superior. among his works, however, I prefer "The Glory Road," it’s a shame they never made a movie out of it.

What a great movie! I saw 2001 when I was 16 and I liked it.. and I saw Warriors at 19 and I liked it.. I've rewatched both multiple times..
