Hey super! Long time no see! I tried to look for that Facebook group you told me about via message, but I found nothing after a year of delay. How about this: you give him a knock on the head, snatch it from him sneakily, and I'll give you €20… just kidding, but the prices are the same everywhere. I’ve never even found it in Tokyo or NY, damn it!

Guys, attention, talking about AOR after praising these hippies with completely different influences makes me nervous... just kidding, a colleague of mine is an AOR collector (but how does that happen? Beats me!) The Bosstown Sound, Ultimate Spinach aside, I know little and what I do know doesn't really excite me. Much better to dig up the first album by Bostonian Peter Walker, "Rainy Day Raga," for which I would like to find the time to write a few lines because it deserves it. The Lovecraft are excellent, especially in the '68 live performance reviewed here on Debaser (released by Edsel, I believe). Regarding Barry and the Remains, I’ll just say that in the '80s where I live there was a cover band of theirs, you can imagine. About the lesser-known Texas scene, I had reviewed the very interesting Bubble Puppy and have been looking for years for the reissue of the Conqueroo, those are great too. As for MMOSS, I'm curious to know if I’ve been misled or if they are actually good. Anyone who hears them should reach out with a comment. @sfascia: damn, I'm recovering that immediately!

good at filling a gap. At first, I didn't like it very much, but over time I appreciated both this one and the last one, even though I think the absence of the neobuddhist is definitely felt. I still prefer the split and meek warrior by far over the other stuff. There's almost a total lack of the wild vein and unpredictability of the tracks as was the case in the mentioned albums. However, far from making ugly records, even in three

I knew Marco the guitarist; I saw them a couple of times when I lived in Venice.

when sci-fi still had ideas, cult films of the '80s like Robocop and Aliens: Final Showdown (which, by the way, devours both for breakfast). Schwarzy on the verge of Michelin man effect, monosyllabic as usual, but here the coolest alien after Alien steals the show.

I don't know, I found it uniquely heavy compared to the previous one. I should revisit it if you speak well of it.

So, in my opinion, behind Microcastle, which is ultimately the one I like the most, along with Cryptograms, there’s a beautiful track that is the final one dedicated to Jay Reatard. Other than that, I don’t understand why everyone is so obsessed with Cox. I mean, he’s good, but he doesn’t seem like a musical genius to me. Plus, he’s always annoyed me immensely, along with his bandmates, but that’s obviously my issue.
