You got me on time, dude! I'm even listening to it again now and I somewhat agree with your rating (maybe even a 4 since the appreciation is growing over time). For now, I consider it a nice EP of outtakes, even though it isn't, anyway inferior to the other two albums. You don’t like Magic & Medicine? I admit that the songs in the middle of the album are a bit boring, but it has some stellar gems (Liezah, Bill Mc Cai above all) that raise the level of the album. Anyway, they remain one of the few truly valid bands of the youngsters. Bye, dude.

I'm glad they played well... when they came to Modena around the same time, they kind of pissed me off... let's just say from then on they started to wear me out a bit... you know how when a niche band like they were in '98 suddenly becomes the new hype, the immediate reaction from the old fan is negative... but I wanted to see how they sounded... and they were great, can't complain, but damn, THERE'S NO WAY you can play for just 1h10min for 24 fucking euros!!! They really disappointed me in that... plus Nick Oliveri came back on stage bragging about just snorting a bit of coke... and damn, it makes sense to play like a maniac for another 2 hours (so to speak). And then what kind of MTV diva statement do you give me? I've always preferred the nice Scott Reeder. Ciaoz

Boy, it starts to get serious if at 18 you still think about the truthfulness of television and its value as an (pseudo)information organ... anyway, you'll realize it in due time... I hope. Yeah, information is not Striscia la notizia! I'm not saying you watch it... only inferior primates without opposable thumbs watch that stuff... but I mean to say that the television offering regarding info is becoming like that crappy show! Bye.

I almost believed it... especially the snapshot of life in Senigallia in the early '80s and the stickers that I remember on other Dyane in the area 10 years later... compliments. But does anyone among you know someone who was really there?

Fuck, is it true then Cliff, since I’ve been listening to Nirvana since I was 16, am I a likely suicide case? Or... shit, am I already dead and I don’t know it!..... dear, maybe reality were as schematic and classifiable as you see it...... everything would be easier; we would be governed by indisputable mathematical rules, but instead…..

I think that in hindsight the Bluvertigo would have a different effect on me, but at the time they were the epitome of a bunch of losers posing as stars... and for an almost twenty-year-old, that’s quite a provocation... I remember one of their concerts in Pinarella di Cervia (Easter '96) that I came across by chance. They were already very good technically... but we couldn't help but give Morgan a couple of heavy punches during the dance party... you know how it goes with pogo... a bit like what I would have done if I had seen the Giardini di Mirò at twenty... a lot of punches... nice rec. and welcome.

or it falls into place, right? Anyway, I'm very concerned about what you write regarding his influence on young Americans... but are you really convinced that he exerts or has ever exerted a TRUE negative influence on American teenagers? Manson's music doesn't say anything to me, but when this album came out, some of the songs didn't bother me... the point, however, is another: Manson is not an idiot as you want to paint him, he is much more intelligent than he wants to make people believe and above all more intelligent than all the people who are scared of his image. Just watch the interview on Bowling for Columbine. Bye

Curious, also because I only know (a little) about God Machine, of which I only have the album mentioned by Kosmo... they don’t seem bad, maybe I'll make a move since a friend has been trying to pass them on to me for a while.

I agree with Humax... just after the review they disappeared from my playlist, but the fact that they caught my attention for a while means they have something to say... and I’m sure I’ll be happy to listen to them again over time...

I saw your profile....we have very similar tastes, wow...should we share some (re)censorship burdens? I wanted to do Vincebus eruptum, but maybe you're more knowledgeable about them...or you could do a review of the Electric Prunes, which I don't know much about...what do you think? Bye!
