After about 16 years, I finally managed to buy it on vinyl. A perfect record for sunny summers.

I still haven't seen it; lockdown has completely crushed my enthusiasm. I can say I was lucky enough to see them live on my birthday in '99 at Wembley Arena. It was obviously a blast.

You reminded me that I just wanted to hear it again.

"The 883 from 'Hanno ucciso l'Uomo Ragno' to 'La dura legge del gol' have been the soundtrack of the generation born in the '80s (mine)." I'm truly very sorry for all of you.

I briefly experienced the Shibuya scene at that time, as I arrived in September '99 and by then Pizzicato had already become out of fashion. However, I did manage to see them the year before during a surprise concert at the Portuguese embassy in Venice (when the Venice Carnival still had some meaning). Unfortunately, back then, I didn't pay much attention to the good "Japanese Beck," as Alfama noted earlier. I only got around to it about a year and a half ago and bought it. Still beautiful now; it's a shame I didn't have it as a soundtrack when I lived there.

Oh, until proven otherwise, the only one in here who can write with knowledge of the cause in Japanese is me! (Just kidding, guys, but it makes me want to throw my degree in Japanese in the trash given that now with an online translator everyone writes in any language, a little sad, huh?)

I also give a 5/5 for the nickname! Say hi to Nando Martellotti for me! Back in '91 (when I was 15, a year older than you) I was listening to Nirvana, Sabbath, and PJ, but I had hung up my skateboard a year earlier due to my obvious incompetence. And with it, a music diet made up of Run DMC and De La Soul.

After a fifteen-year delay, I caught up, thanks to/because of this fucking covid-19, with their entire discography. What a fabulous band, and what an idiot I was for not listening to everything back then...
Francesco Targhetta Cinque improbabili domande al giovine Poeta TargetSki

Oh my, I didn’t remember this! By the way, the good Targhetta came to my city three years ago to present another book, but unfortunately, I arrived late to meet him in person.
