Albert Ayler Trio Spiritual Unity

Beautiful even just halfway through (I'll read the other part later). Sincere compliments, really. Especially because, for very different reasons, this album is linked to my children, or rather to my daughter. It’s practically one of the few vinyl records banned from my stereo, hated just as much by my partner as by my daughter. Every now and then I try to sneak it on, and all hell breaks loose. I remember getting it after reading the book by the Wu Ming guys about jazz; I wanted to hear what the sound of "the screams of the monkeys in the forest" was like.

Above all, you don't need to write the year 2000 in the Japanese sentence, and what would a cool madonna be?

Seen live last year. Great at times and definitely my cup of tea. I had a nice chat with the singer about collaborations (specifically Akron Family and the legendary Gebhardt) and I hope to see them come play for me in July.

Well, I didn't like them until At Echo Lake (so much so that if you dig through, I even reviewed the first album, and since I liked it so much, I ended up filling it with my grocery list...), then love exploded. And I like this too, there's no denying it.

You might like it a lot, I think. Ryley was seen earlier this month at Hana-bi. He was amazing, but in 50 minutes he practically played 4 monster tracks.

Guys, I recommend watching the two delirious videos linked, they are truly out of this world. Also, catch them live on KEXP and maybe the concert in Brussels at Ancienne Belgique. Forget about the jokers, this is classic acid jam and an incredibly intense vibe.

Unfortunately, after dins they haven't happened again. And I have them all, even the last one. After dins, this is the one I prefer.

You got ahead of me, pleasant record, it has faded a bit for me over the months, but it's still good. I'm glad I'm not the only one hearing the guitar playing in the style of Verlaine; I’m not completely out of my mind after all.
Gianluca Grignani Sdraiato su una nuvola

We are truly at the end of times; musical revisionism is now the sport of the millennium. The absurd rehabilitation of a mongoloid like Pezzali is not enough, now Grignani too? Best artist of the '90s? Are we serious?
Bitchin Bajas & Bonnie 'Prince' Billy Epic Jammers and Fortunate Little Ditties
Voto:
At first, I was excited about it, but then I found it a bit too heavy. However, it doesn't remind me at all of the first Akron Family, at most the drive free of Meek Warrior. It could be that neither good old Will Oldham nor Bitchin Bajas really thrill me...
