I'm trying to get inside, but the bouncer is a wall cabinet that doesn't speak English. What do I do? The previous bouncer spoke a bit of English?

Well done, it was missing (I even thought I had written it, and in fact I did but I had never published it here). Great album, the seal of a fantastic year, with the obvious risk of overexposure but it still left us with 5 albums, each different from the others. Perhaps this is the summary of the styles practiced in the other 4 albums, but it is very valid, from the scem o text of Beginner's Luck, to the distorted psych of Greenhouse Heat Death, up to my favorite tracks, namely Barefoot Desert, Muddy Water, and Down The Sink.

Oh my God, what a record it was and still is!

Remarkable record, even just for that awesome Endless Tunnel. The similarities with Jefferson are quite evident, so if you like them, you should find something you enjoy in Jefferson's production. That extra pile number is nice; I discovered it thanks to that issue as well.

I should dust it off, because I remember that I didn't like everything. But the title track is so beautiful it's touching.

I find him unbearable and quite unpalatable the lift to experience as well. But compared to the previous one, how is it? Honestly, Jonathan Wilson, no matter how remarkably ugly his latest album is, doesn’t remind me much of the others you mentioned.

Good job, now I'm going to listen to the studio recording. I knew about the hoax back then but not how it all came about! Oh and I am a proud owner of this monstrosity on a 45RPM!!! Is it worth something?
Led Zeppelin How the West Was Won

I continue to prefer, by far, the conciseness of the BBC sessions released twenty years ago. The concert at the Paris Theatre is something unattainable, with a stellar version of “Since I’ve been loving you.”

I keep attending the machine reader as much as the one at home. I even got it in a double edition with the one from 2011 and this one, to compare the versions. It's beautiful, I've been completely obsessed with it like a teenager.
Ryley Walker Deafman Glance

Nothing, it's a judgment, I was waiting to make it both to listen to it more attentively (as it deserves for one of my favorites like Walker) and because it comes out at the end of May. Personally, I'm still undecided; I find it more complex in terms of song structure and arrangements compared to the previous one. But I haven't yet figured out if you have "pieces" that the one before had (even if in the long run it didn’t last too long on the platter). Telluric Speed, for example, more than referencing Callahan, pretentiously brings back to the classic prog of Genesis and Van Der Graf, and in general, I note a shift from the psych improvisations of the first album to folk/prog divergences, which I also like, but many will hate. Like the use of the flute here and there. So to summarize, Primrose Green remains the one to have, the other two are good but not at that level.
