I also think Panopticon is on a whole other level compared to Oceanic... anyway, transition doesn't necessarily mean a lesser album, but rather an album that marks a passage that will lead the band to some further renewal regarding their sound... I agree on the wonderfulness (can you say that?) of this album... it grows with every listen!
