Flieger, you are absolutely right!! :) I was so caught up in not making a review too long and boring that I overlooked some really important notes... In fact, the bassist Fabio Fecchio left the band and was never replaced, so the album is composed without the aid of the bass... The singer Lucio Lorusso left the band after the recordings of this album and was replaced, supposedly by Davide himself, with the singer from Mothercare... And in the last track, well, that's the real unforgivable oversight (ihih): on the samples, there's that crazy, zany guitarist from The Dillinger Escape Plan (Ben Weinman... and if I'm not mistaken, it's the second time he collaborates with them :)... I hope now to be forgiven for the omission!!! :) Thanks to everyone for the consideration!!

I'm sure I know what it means... :D ...ephel duath is the mountain range that protects from the realm of evil in The Lord of the Rings, and Davide chose it precisely for its so negative symbolic meaning... and he even believes that part of his misfortunes come from this so pessimistic name: De malaugurante!! XD ...

I only listened to their latest CD "eat the low dogs"...and I liked it in parts...sometimes they stick to the same ideas and become repetitive, but they are still above average in quality...very good! I haven't listened to this one...is it before or after the CD I mentioned? Anyway...very nice review :)

In fact, I was inspired by the legend as I mention later... I know it too, and I know it’s very peaceful... I was referring to what we all have created around this land... Yes... you’re right, I could have avoided a few clichés... but come on, it’s to convey the essence of the album... let me have them :)
