Dear Robyco, if you really listened without blinders and without shooting off at the mouth without even having heard, well, you would first understand that they’re just messing with you since they manage to make you think such things, eh eh...second, there are plenty of ideas here, so many that they could fill a whole 1000-page book...and yes...so if they are without ideas, then the whole ambient scene is without ideas, satie, riley, and then glass, but also eno, and many others, so because they made minimal music to the extreme, were they without ideas?? well...that doesn't seem right to me...drone music has existed for a long time, the Sunn just brought it into the metal realm, no messing around, but if you don’t like it and it bores you then that's another story :) there I can agree with you...tastes are tastes and this is not easy music :).

beautiful review for a truly splendid album!!!...the best by Boris in my opinion!! yes yes...but doesn’t anyone here have an original copy and want to sell it to me???? I can’t find it!!!! ahhhhh...XD

Thank you so much for your interest :) ...anyway, alessiofrigio, what are you talking about? The Sunn will have at most a few elements from the Melvins? Can you explain when the latter released an entirely drone album and when they used these instruments and these atmospheres??...well...I don't understand where you get these bold statements from...:D ...the Sunn are infinitely more oppressive than the Melvins, they are darker, less psychedelic, more spiritual, they really have nothing to do with each other, trust me...if you don't like them and think they're awful, I obviously respect that :) they're heavy, and if you're not in the right mood, they can risk being tedious or, to put it in Italian slang, boringgg...but don’t come out with these outrageous claims, come onnnnnn :D ...the Sunn were born as a tribute to Earth (to that splendid CD which is "2") and they don't derive at all from your cited ones!! :) no hard feelings, okay? :)

I hope they'll soon publish my review of the latest fantastic masterpiece by these crazy folks!!
