I love the Alien saga and I can't wait to see it next week, just because I already know that no one will join me... better.

Hi Psy, great to read you again! In Ashram they reached their peak, to this day it remains their best, becoming less and less tied to any musical label. They have earned the luxury of doing whatever they like. I have yet to listen to this one from my almost fellow countrymen, incredibly. May they forgive me. I'll come back when my ears are satisfied. In the meantime, a hello to you and the others I haven't seen for quite a while.
Luciano Ligabue Arrivederci mosto

I have a few certainties in life: every so often I have to cut my nails, coffee + cigarette = shit, and that the reviews of Ligabue always end up in a hell of laughter. Thank you.

I’m still waiting for the vinyl to arrive, but I had to wait quite a bit for comecrudos too... oh well... I really like the album, also thanks, as you rightly say, to the conciseness of the tracks. It flows well despite a few less successful tracks like Panoptica. Expanding Sky reminded me of the Pink Floyd of Gilmour. For Lions Of Least, though, I would have allowed a couple more minutes. Awesome. You’re always great.
Sun Araw Heavy Deeds

Pleasurable the boy. I really enjoyed On Patrol from 2010, a nice relaxing trip through tribal percussion. I've never heard this Heavy Deeds. I know the label mates Gnod much better, who, although less original and perhaps less digestible, at least in the length of their tracks (real suites that often exceed 15 minutes), seem even more "third eye."

Really beautiful, congratulations. I have very foggy memories of the game; I was more into brawlers like Street Fighter, Double Dragon... or Bubble Bobble, whose tune echoed in my head for hours. Then came the Pheega...

Wow...two reviews written and both about Spacemen 3...Keep it up :). An exaggerated record, in the best sense of the term...even though the best for me came after. Losing Touch With My Mind is one of my all-time favorite songs. The Gospel side that peeks through here and there in this album and in the subsequent ones is what will weigh down (along with the passion for rock-oriented orchestrations) most of Jason Spaceman Pierce's solo career, despite the spacey floating he loved in his youth.
Spacemen 3 Recurring

Great. A Spacemen 3 fan, as far as I'm concerned, is always welcome. The album is the least fascinating destination of a hallucinatory journey. Except for a few episodes, like "Big City," even though I prefer it in the latest version of the split with Wooden Shjips, and the beautiful "I Love You." I join the pro-Sonic Boom party, even though I consider Ladies and Gentlemen a masterpiece. J. Pierce has never repeated himself on that level; actually... redundant is the most fitting adjective. So, moving on to Spectrum Ricca89, for me, Forever Alien remains the best, but the last EP War Sucks, reviewed among others by psychopompe, is also of high quality, not to mention the various collaborations made with Imajinary Friends, Silver Apples (those Silver Apples, yes...) and especially Jessamine: the E.P. A Pox On You is truly a Pheegata. As for E.A.R., I would take it slow... they are drones for true lunatics :) over time, they bore me.

Oracular Spectacular, after some initial skepticism, has really captivated me; I still need to lend it my ear. The cover reminds me of some E.A.R. (Experimental Audio Research) works Ingrandisci questa immagine and again Ingrandisci questa immagine but also Ingrandisci questa immagine and perhaps it's not a coincidence since they were produced by Mr. Sonic Boom..
