Essence of chinotto, that's how it's written, but to be honest, among the ingredients, everything appears except for chinotto. A bit like the Bacardi Breezer with peach, where if you scroll through the ingredients, there's no peach at all, rather a bit of ethyl butyrate that has that vague fruity aroma, and why not, some nice cheerful colorants that never hurt.
