Jethro Tull Minstrel In The Gallery

Come on, people, let’s tone it down a bit...
He didn’t say that the tulli are inferior to Britney Spears, after all...
He just expressed his opinion, albeit with a rather poor review...
(Damn my dirty mother, how eloquent I am today)

mmmh, naaah, it's ugly, but not that ugly (and besides, I already said that my standards are low^^)

With all due respect for your opinion, I personally find this review lacking even by my very low standards... I won't rate the disc since I've already expressed my opinion in my review.
My Dying Bride Songs Of Darkness, Words Of Light

the review is quite ugly.
The album, well, it seems inferior to its predecessor and also a bit too linear compared to it, which, for me, is the peak of their production since "the angel..." onward, but, all in all, very nice, especially in "A Doomed Lover," yes yes. Hail and Nutella to everyone.

The review seems okay to me, even if it doesn't particularly stand out... I'm quite discordant in the rating; I really like this album (a lot!) even though I agree that they fall a bit too much into technicality. Peace & nutella to everyone.

the album that made me discover My Dying Bride. I love it to madness. The ideal soundtrack for a suicide.

The review is very nice, definitely, aibò. If I didn't already have it, you would have convinced me to buy it :-D. The album... well, I find it hard to listen to (I much prefer "The Angel And The Dark River", which I put on repeat), but when I make an effort and manage to listen to it all, I am definitely fascinated and left with a vague sense of imminent suicide.

mmm, stipe, I know that many people (even Tull fans) deeply detest this album, but I find it at least stunning and, in my opinion, even better than Aqualung, which also makes me drool. I think Anderson is in a state of grace on this album and, moreover, he uses a "pseudomedieval" style to compose the songs, which I really dig. A year later, though, they'll fall with the vile (IMHO) Too Old, but tastes are tastes. tao
