Edit to the review: "After several years, having listened to the album again, I correct a few smudges." See the old version Ho sognato di cantare - Roberto Murolo - recensione Versione 1
The Smashing Pumpkins Oceania
Voto:
Well, nothing. I've tried several times to approach this album, but I've never really gotten into it. The next two are more accessible, albeit with a few ups and downs and a lot of flatness. Who knows what awaits us with the upcoming triple...
Gorillaz Plastic Beach

Being well into my fifth decade of life and nearly finishing the second on this site, I can afford the luxury of calling a review nonsense, even where there seem to be unanimous accolades.
Coldplay Music Of The Spheres
Voto:
Coldplay have a single and decisive virtue: an extraordinary and consistent melodic ability. 99% of the bands out there would give a kidney to compose even a moderately good song like those of Coldplay. The problem is that they have chosen to undercut this enormous quality, and, objectively, in the last ten years they could have done much better.
Richard Wright Broken China
Voto:
I periodically return to this album. Because I need to feel particularly good to listen to it. Let's say it's not the best choice for lifting your spirits. The latest feelings are that Wright had accumulated ideas in quantity after The Division Bell, where frankly he seems a bit overshadowed by Gilmour, who takes the lead (it's not just Waters who's the egocentric!). Woman of custom (even if written solely by Moore), Along the shoreline, and Breakthrough would not have looked out of place on any Pink Floyd album.
Corrosion of Conformity No Cross No Crown

I’ve never been a hardcore metalhead. In fact, I’ve never really been a metalhead at all. But during Metallica’s Load tour, I listened with my ears bleeding to COC who were opening for them. An inhuman volume. I don’t think I’ve ever feared for my hearing as much.
Blur Out of Time
Voto:
I've been following Blur and Damon Albarn pretty much forever, but if there's one chapter I've never fully accepted, it's this Think Tank. Maybe one day I'll understand it.
Gorillaz The Now Now
Voto:
Beautiful record. It feels like Disc 2 of The Magic Whip. Undoubtedly the most Blur of the Gorillaz albums.
Lucio Battisti Hegel
Voto:
I reread it thanks to the notifications. What a magnificent review. Really.
Red Hot Chili Peppers Unlimited Love

I'm listening to it quite a bit. It's not the crap many are saying.
Black Summer is a great track that stands the test of time. It's only natural as well. Poster Child and Not the One are more than respectable tracks. And then there's Frusciante's initially obscure work, which starts to emerge after at least a couple of full listens. Flea also seems to be in great shape. What can I say, it's beautiful.
