Hats off, you have presented a critique that I wholeheartedly agree with regarding the quintessential representative of Italian musical mediocrity and those who listen to it.

Hats off

Perhaps the album deserved a less hasty review. It's not that it's written poorly, but the second thoughts are truly too many. Pino Daniele at his best, without a doubt.

I would suggest to the administrators to spare us this pathetic epitaph.

Congratulations, knowing all that stuff is rare.
Coldplay A Rush Of Blood To The Head

Review from 12 years ago... who wrote it surely sensed the impact of the album that today is unanimously considered the best by Coldplay. In fact, I would say it's an album that, like good whisky, improves with age.
A few more words could have been spent: they missed the true Coldplay classic, which is Clocks, and several other small pop gems: Polityk and Amsterdam.
Townes Van Zandt Delta Momma Blues

Van Zandt on debaser is tough. A few years ago, I bought a triple CD collection of his, which unfortunately I still struggle to listen to. It expresses a culture and a pathos far removed from my musical experiences, but without a doubt, his songs and interpretations are a punch in the stomach for their depth and intensity.
Pink Floyd The Endless River

Review of rare coherence and objectivity.
The Smashing Pumpkins Monuments to an Elegy

Brakes on Corgan, a true genius who has unfortunately gotten lost in a sea of egocentrism and incoherence. Is Machina inferior to Oceania? It's obvious that you haven't listened to either one. In Machina, there are tracks that would have us shouting miracles if they were released today, I of the Mourning and The Sacred and Profane above all.

Nice review, although I don't share the negative opinion about the previous two albums. The predictions also seem a bit far-fetched to me: I've already heard the single twice on the radio... By the way, regarding those who accuse Pink Floyd of being commercial, I just want to say that it's commercial to make music to sell. Pink Floyd have never been commercial because, despite their changes in direction and their stubborn choice not to produce singles, they have always made music so sublime that it became irresistible to the market, which followed them without them ever following the market.
