I give it a 3 out of respect for Saviano, who although increasingly in love with his image, remains an extraordinary person. However, this book, unlike the previous Gomorra, is unreadable, much like the review.

A book that has deservedly remained in the collective imagination. The Southern question is a long story that originates from an unification of Italy carried out simply by the wrong actors. Recently, Scalfari and Eco have even admitted that everything would have been more balanced if it had started from the Pope or the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Unfortunately, as far as the South is concerned, the protagonists have been the Savoy.

Battaglia is a talented guitarist who was borrowed by a group that truly exploited him for only a few albums. Emmanuel is a giant in his genre. I might listen to something. Good review.

I listened to some tracks on YouTube and I've never been able to get them on CD. Unfortunately, I also lost the CD of "oh! era ora" that I reviewed on Debaser a few years ago.
In short, this review has reignited my desire to recover both.
A few words about Pappalardo. Theoretically, the music for these two works is his, so either he's gone a bit daft, or Battisti practically gifted him some of his compositions out of friendship.
