It's true, there is a widespread love for foreign cultures, not just in music; younger generations prefer to starve in London or Berlin rather than have a decent job in Italy. I find it all very stupid.

They remain among the few still capable of composing a melody that sticks to you after the first listen. Certainly, due to their abilities, they have generally delivered less than one might have expected. The first two albums are excellent, Viva la Vida and Ghost Stories are good, I'll listen to this one too.

It's clear you've got a serious bone to pick with the boss of the ceremonies, the real target of your tirade against the rampant misdeeds. You're not wrong, in fact. I consider that show the worst possible advertisement for a region like Campania, which relies heavily on event organization as an important economic driver. The unsettling boss of the Sonrisa sells what a minority (thankfully) of the population wants. He makes mistakes with the subjunctive, but he's no fool.

What can I say, first of all, well done... and then the magic of discovering an album, a band, when there was no internet and the most knowledgeable friends were the only ones spreading the word. I've gone back 25 years, at least. Great job again!
