Ferzan Ozpetek Napoli velata

I don't want to be provincial, but regarding this film, I feel a bit biased. Not that Naples constitutes a nation apart (almost), but the verisimilitude when making a film so integrated into the social fabric of the city should be guaranteed. Instead, from the cast I read (but as I said, I am biased) the usual approach of selecting actors for supporting characters from the local population and for the protagonists according to completely different criteria.
Then again, maybe the film is beautiful and realistic.

The little brother's album, however, isn't bad.

U2 Songs Of Experience
Voto:
Third review, though not useless, as it adds many more insights than the previous ones. It concerns a big fan of U2 who rightfully corresponds a proportional disappointment in their critical judgment. It’s obvious that a passive listener of U2 like me sees it differently, starting with Bono's voice, which is the real problem of the band, even before The Edge's absence. Bono wants to sing as if he were 30 years younger; in my opinion, he should take a step back, sing less, in the sense of less singing per song, and lend his voice only to pieces that do not require overly strained vocal performances, in which he now appears frankly ridiculous at almost 60 years old.
U2 Songs Of Experience

I'm listening to it; it's a good album. It probably takes a few more listens to form a more complete judgment. What I notice is the now consolidated tendency of U2 to write songs where the vocals increasingly leave less room for the instrumental parts. This is something I generally don’t appreciate, but in this case, it’s even more detrimental since Bono's voice has lost much of its freshness over the years.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Who Built The Moon? (Japanese Edition)

Noel has written songs that have remained in the collective imagination of an entire generation, maybe two. But from what I've heard this time, Liam won.
William Patrick Corgan Ogilala

An album that grows with every listen, and he is presenting it around the world with an unplugged approach that does justice to the songs he has written.

Why write a caption for an album that's already been reviewed 4 times?
Pino Daniele Bella 'mbriana
Voto:
Excellent album, like all the first 7 by Pino Daniele, but I don’t consider it the best, or at least the most mature as the reviewer writes. Nero a metà remains his absolute masterpiece that encapsulates all the poetry and stylistic perfection that the artist was capable of.
The initial triptych is definitely striking, but overall I think it’s also a step below the underrated Ferryboat, but we’re talking about stellar stuff.
