Alice Viaggio in Italia
Voto:
Alice deserves a monument just for the courage to reinterpret two songs by Battisti/Panella, not even the "easiest" ones.
Vinicio Capossela Ballate per uomini e bestie

I've listened to it more than 5 times. Let’s say it’s a monumental album, like all those written by Capossela since 2000. It encompasses his entire poetic vision. The first listens left me baffled because I couldn’t yet grasp the beauty of many tracks. There are no weak points, unlike the previous double album, which was, above all, too scattered. However, I am still in the phase where listening to each track reminds me of previous pieces. That’s not yet a condition that allows me to form a complete judgment.

U2 The Best of 1990-2000
Voto:
The 90s still saw two great albums. The acclaimed Acthung Baby and the underrated Zooropa. Then they lost their way, producing merely decent albums and never quite hitting a truly epochal track. But they are among the top 5 bands on the planet still active. Like it or not.
Mark Knopfler Down the Road Wherever
Voto:
I have a sentimental attachment to On Every Street and Sailing To Philadelphia, so not to the early Dire Straits and not to the later solo albums. In any case, the album is good, with some timid echoes of country-rock, a genre in which he is an absolute master.
Adriano Celentano Adrian
Voto:
Celentano is a legend, like it or not, but precisely because he is already a legend, this self-celebratory animated cartoon idea is fundamentally wrong.
