Lucio Battisti E già
Voto:
The reviewer did his best, but the review is a bit cliché. I missed the score of 4. I wanted to give it a 3. What can I say about the album? Battisti is a sacred monster, and sacred monsters don’t make mistakes with albums; they simply make albums that are different from the others. And indeed, it is an album different from the others, a train that has ended up on a dead track. Fortunately, a few months later, the singer-songwriter decided to collaborate more intensively with Pappalardo, working on two fundamental albums for the experience of the white albums. In Pappalardo's second album, Oh, era ora!, there is the encounter with the great Pasquale Panella.

I'm finally listening to it. Great album. But Coldplay have spoiled us. For me, they excel both when they play pop music and when they explore new sounds, like in this album.

Interesting and well-written review.
Checco Zalone Tolo Tolo
Voto:
The era of social media has upended any balance, even in film criticism. Zalone, who I greatly appreciate, is a comedian, and his characteristic is making comedy films with a constant eye on current events, none of his 5 films excluded. The secret of his success lies in the likability of his character, a persona like few in Italian cinema: I remember Totò (less caricatural) or Fantozzi (more caricatural). It is therefore clear that if we approach the criticism of his film with the same tone we reserve for the latest feature by Paolo Sorrentino or Nanni Moretti, we are completely missing the point.

What have the dots ever done to you? Or do you think you're Joyce?
Elisa Diari Aperti
Voto:
Elisa falls into the category of artists who have ended up imitating themselves, resulting in a sound that is almost cacophonous. She is in good company: Antonacci, Grignani, Ligabue, Noemi, and others. Instead, a great interpreter, but also a great songwriter, lives by the continuous refinement of their own voice. The Mina of the 60s is something different from the Mina of the 90s, but also Battiato, Battisti, Celentano, and abroad, giants like Roger Daltrey, Freddie Mercury, and Robert Plant have honed and evolved their voices, improving and enhancing even the normal declines due to age.
Franco Battiato Campi magnetici: i numeri non si possono amare
Voto:
Battiato deserves respect. Especially at this moment.
Lucio Battisti Don Giovanni
Voto:
The second one isn’t good either. Try again, but only after reading a thousand reviews on Debaser, especially the good ones. To learn, first of all, how a review shouldn’t be written. And only then understand what and how to write.

I would love to have the passion of twenty and write something in defense of this album. But upon reflection, I truly believe it's not worth it.
