Dear Francis, in my opinion, when you were born the first thing you saw was a priest: immediate imprinting and transcendental vocation. I suggest you abandon your transitional object (a fluorescent Baby Jesus) and attend a preschool. I thought that months and months (during which I barely resisted the urge to spank you) would have educated you somewhat to the debaserian rules of behavior. I sadly note that this has not been the case. What do you want to be when you grow up? A builder?
John Coltrane A Love Supreme - DELUXE Edition

Mike 76, you caught me with my pants down! You're right, it's an advertisement for the album. In fact, I hold shares and royalties that I receive every time a listener reaches orgasm just from listening to the album in question. That is, as an alternative to traditional sex, we propose "instant karma" with just the listening of Trane. When the listener ejaculates (we can distinguish it thanks to the smell of nocturnal pollution that seeps from their breath), I receive 0.5 cents from the company I work for. Now we are working on a very ambitious project: the mass ritual suicide after the third continuous listening of "Abbey Road" by the Beatles.
Warm regards.

Stefano, ten years later I ABSOLUTELY recommend SHHHLEP (or something like that, among 2000 records and my early senile dementia fueled by my chronic alcoholism I often forget names, surnames, and pets). That’s an incredible album, an important album. I really like Alvin Lee. Great performance at Woodstock and also that one on the island of something (witgh? Withe? Hell? Give me a vodka so I can stimulate the few neurons left in me to work). I’ll say goodbye now because I have diarrhea and I can’t hold it any longer! See you soon.

Jack Johnson In Between Dreams

Here... hi Jack! You know, there aren’t any combinations of words I could write on the back of a postcard to explain it to you, no song I could sing for you now to convey what I feel. I know, our dreams, yes, they are made of real things, like a shoebox containing old photographs that remind us of joys and emotions almost forgotten. Love? Love is an answer to everything, love explains where we are, where we come from, where we are going, and why every day is more difficult... Thank you Jack, you are always the same. Those who don't understand you do so because they don't want to understand. And then there's nothing to understand. We just need to learn to love. And when my girl and I start singing your songs, just the two of us wrapped around a guitar playing your sweet words, when my girl and I huddle around one of your sighs, then it feels like a gentle breeze lifts us off the ground and takes us to a place where loving is not a shame or a weakness, but a privilege and an honor. Bye, dear friend.

Diego86: if you do this, you will be the fortune of DeBaser. Do it! Please: do it! And, since you are visionary and broad-minded, from today on, affectionately refer to whores as "business partners." Do it.

And what do you have to say about Absolution, if not that it’s a terrible and useless album? It's truly vomit-inducing; they’ve shredded and recomposed the same things we've already heard a thousand times in Showbiz and OOS... It’s not a bad thing to celebrate oneself and quote oneself if you have such great class that you create a tailored "type" of music, one that characterizes you and makes you easily recognizable from the very first notes. I mean, I’m fine with hearing a song by Jack Johns that you've never heard before and thinking, "WOW! THIS is JJ, NO DOUBT!" even if you’ve never heard that particular song before. But it’s VERY bad if this "recognition at first sight" occurs because of obvious and trivial rehashes that the group's production forces the band to perform in order to shorten the time to release new works. Muse need serious people around them who allow them to express themselves freely when they regain at least a semblance of artistic flair, because they have good numbers. For now, they’re just a little group for a commercial spot. That Is.

If I write "Good job - engaging" why, Car_ Kane, do you pretend not to know that I appreciate this album? Do you expect me to give five stars to this work? No, dear_, it’s not a five, I’m sorry... At least I don’t consider it on the same level as other albums I have discussed and to which I have given the highest rating. That is, is it that unshareable? I’ll add that for me OOS was a crude commercial operation, to take advantage of the euphoric wave that Showbiz had generated around the Muse. In OOS there are no songs like Muscle Museum or Unintended... There isn’t the same verve, the same spark. On the contrary, there are tunes for kiddos who want to act like fans. I’ve seen them live, darling_, I had a press pass, read the review, I saw Matt up close and I assure you he makes many, many mistakes live... That they have a good sound engineer and excellent service and a heavily processed sound that covers up his flaws is another matter, but attentive ears cannot overlook certain youthful sins...

For Kane: my dear, you should take a breath, wait for your heart rate to slow down a bit while you sip a hot barley coffee, and then write... First and foremost, you should agree with me that 3 stars out of 5 is not a failure (but come on, does everyone just pretend not to see the review? Why are you so biased that you only read and remember what supports your comments and not consider the text as a whole? Berlusca's propaganda method has gained followers...). What do you think it might mean "Congratulations to these three English guys for their first official work" and "Showbiz is fresh and vibrant music, the album flows nicely between instinctive rock and traditional ballads"? Are those critiques? Unless my Italian is faulty, I understand I wrote that this is a good little record... I gather that Matt is a mediocre guitarist, but that doesn’t take away from his ability to write beautiful songs. It’s clear that he’s mediocre at playing, and it’s obvious that his technique is rough. But you can be great musicians without being flashy on the instrument. I adore Bowie who can only strum the sax. I literally go crazy for Jack Johnson who plays guitar like a kid on the beach... So why do you interpret my words for your own use and consumption?
