No guys, I'm not questioning the quality of the production, but you know when something doesn’t resonate with you, it just doesn’t. I have to say I haven’t listened to much De André, but since I didn’t like what I heard, I'm not "encouraged" to listen to more... As for Creuza de Ma, I know it and its arrangements, which are of excellent quality, but for me, music always takes a bit of a backseat... but don’t take it as an offense, just my opinion!! Bye.

I don't understand... first you criticize my post and then you say things I completely agree with! Anyway, my review has been published... I hope you like it. Bye!

beautiful... the production for me is not bad, even considering the age of the record...

Nice review, I won't rate the album because, unlike many, if I don't like the artist or the genre, I avoid giving terrible scores to lower the average... don't shoot me, but I believe I’m the only person from Genoa who can't stand De André... also because he was from Genoa =)
great poet but I don't consider it music... it's more like poetry set to music, I’m a purist when it comes to musical quality and I don’t like music as ''a background'' to the lyrics... tastes, right?

I have another group to mention: I just got the debut album from Circus Maximus, the 1st chapter... really great prog metal, maybe a bit mixed, but it's their first album... highly recommended, maybe I'll listen to it a bit more and write a review. Closing the discussion on DT, if you like them, too bad for you (just kidding ;) ), but there are also many other bands, some unjustly unknown, that you shouldn't miss if you like the genre! And since I'm the "master of prog" (another jab =) ), I would be more than happy to recommend them to you if you don't know them and discover new ones thanks to you. BYE

Well, if I'm not mistaken, I wasn't the first to offend... anyway, soon there will be my first review on this site, on "One Hour by the Concrete Lake" by Pain Of Salvation, let's see how many insults I'll get... anyway, if anyone doesn't know them, I absolutely recommend them, from the first to the last album, at least up to now!
