Here. See? If there are people like you (I hope it's mutual), it's enjoyable to have discussions. What bothers me more than insults are the destructive criticisms from people who don't understand that just because you don't like someone, it doesn't mean they're shit (I don't like the Rolling Stones)...

great album, even though the genre isn't exactly my cup of tea...

I don't believe it, anyway one reason why I appreciate this album is that they've managed not to be repetitive, which I thought after hearing Follow the Reaper, which in my opinion, while not bad, is a poorly executed copy of Hatebreeder, which is their masterpiece. Anyway, it will be hard for you to like it if you approach it this way, but maybe give it a few more chances! Hi!

Do you know what made me write that post with such annoyance? It's that every time we talk about a record by Petrucci, Sherinian, Rudess, or even Vai, Satriani, and all those great musicians, there are always people who chime in and say: all technique, no feel, they could have practiced less and improved their taste… they even wrote that Frusciante is better than Vai!!!!!!!!! So as soon as I read that, I wrote what I did; I repeat, you weren’t my target, you were just the triggering reason…

I honestly don't care at all about those who write BLA BLA BLA BLA BON JOVI SHIT BLA BLA BLA (this is what I perceive). It wasn't a spark but just an observation. Don't worry, I don't have any issues with you either, and I assure you that post wasn't just directed at you, mainly because I hadn't read your name in it!

Well, Devon, somewhere I've read that you like Judas... I confirm and stamp what I've written.

My idea about the metal discourse: in my opinion, the genre was born from all those bands nurtured on bread and Black Sabbath, among which the first were Motörhead and Judas Priest. Then, in the very early '80s, all the various genres emerged: from Metallica came thrash, from Slayer came death, from Venom came black, and from Iron Maiden especially came power. But it’s undeniable that throughout the history of metal, the English have had GREAT importance.

silver, sorry but was it me who talks and talks and says nothing? act like it, act like it... but is that all you know how to do? if I show you that you listen (especially) to shitty music, you can only repeat the same things to me? how old are you? whatever...
For frasco: Ok boss... I'm awaiting orders, but... the enemy is everywhere! we need reinforcements... but if you want me to clear the way, just say so and it will be done! over! chhhh

I never said that if you don’t listen to BJ you don’t understand a damn thing. I really don’t think I’m being arrogant; anyway, the mention of Sherinian wasn’t directed specifically at you, but rather at the tendency of everyone to criticize former Dream Theater members or prog soloists in general... it seems to me that your accusations are unfounded.
