I owe you a 5... but the band really sucks, I'm sorry, and the album is, by the way, the worst of the four they've made...

Anyway, the original discussion was about: what have they given to music? And on this, I won't compromise; you can't put them on two different levels because both have meant a lot for two different target audiences and in different ways. In the end, for example, I believe that without the two groups, neither Nickelback nor Coldplay would have come into existence. Honestly, I don't like either of them, but the point is that both groups have had great importance and have influenced new musical generations, whether good or bad.

I don't know him? Whether I like it or not, I know him, you know how it is in Genoa... anyway, the music is also well-made, but people (except for a few) don't pay attention to it; if it weren't for De André on top of it but someone else, no one would care... or just the fans of that kind of folk songs, and that's it!

If you mean originals, they are usually found in stores, at least in the best ones (or there's always the internet). If you mean downloaded ones, well, they're quite easy to find, I don't know what to tell you, pupattolina!

Well, you call me into question. With all due respect to your grandmother, I believe (from what you say) that I understand more. I stand by the discourse on De André; as you can see, I don't doubt or even fail to grasp the cultural and historical aspects (I quote you). All I’m saying is that I don’t like De André’s music because it doesn’t satisfy my tastes. I don’t like that the meaning and the lyrics overshadow the music. Probably, in fact certainly, I would appreciate De André more if I read a book with his lyrics, his poetry, in fact. I hope that’s clear. Say hi to your grandmother for me.

look, you kept repeating that they were better, and that's it. If you tell me they write deeper lyrics, you’re right, that’s objective.
