I just read an old post by diamond_darrell and I have to disagree: granted that Slipknot are a bunch of idiots, you can't say that the two guitarists are overshadowed by those butchers of King and Hanneman, who definitely rock but have zero technique. ATTENTION: I'm not talking about Slipknot but about the skills of the two guitarists when they play together in a band that does a mix of acid jazz and electronics, absolutely mind-blowing and genius (damn, I saw a video on the internet but I never found out what they're called, to get something). Those two have technique to spare, I assure you... then they’re in Slipknot making noise because the smell of money attracts them... but that’s another story!

It's not a matter of ignorance... the fact is that with their change they've lost originality, they've immersed themselves in a pot that's just way too crowded!
