Well, it's not like you thought you could convince me to give up listening to black metal, I hope... Anyway, write that review, come on!

Ah, I listened to Dissection... really amazing... thanks for the recommendation.
Anyway, not all black metal albums have songs with one or two notes repeated endlessly...
We shouldn't idolize them, but we also shouldn't trash them for no reason...
Come on!

a philosopher? Burzum? what the hell are you talking about, blasphemer...
but enough already with mythologizing anyone just because it makes us feel part of some elite by listening to them...
Not everyone who spouts some crazy nonsense is a prophet, a myth... come on...

But what the hell are you talking about...you don't even know me... buddy, I PLAY in a black metal band. I know what black is, its history, and surely many aspects of the life and music of those who invented it have been overly philosophized... it's true that you don’t have to be "ordinary" or tidy to listen to black metal, but please, let’s not turn this music genre into something so intellectualized...

Well... in my opinion, some ideas inherent to black metal are very interesting. I mean, if we eliminate the simplistic Nazi attitude of most Norwegian bands, the sheer violence for its own sake, and the corpse-painting, I think there are still elements that can be used for new experiments... given that the future lies in contamination. I do agree with you that the bands playing black metal today like they did in the early '90s make no sense anymore... and I include darkthrone in this as well...

Ah ah ah ah!!!!! that photo is fantastic, anyway I had already seen it, it’s in the booklet of Nemesis Divina...and I had already cracked up ahahahaha!!!! In the meantime, however, in that photo they must have been around 18 years old and they had already produced one of the most beautiful albums in the entire worldwide black metal scene...and not just according to me... Burzum had a perfectly normal family, that's true, so what? This doesn’t at all support your thesis that he was a bored and rich daddy's boy... But he was also one of the wealthiest in the scene...and probably one of the most educated.

But why more ridiculous? I can't understand it, sorry. They were one of the most innovative realities in Norwegian black metal, introducing new atmospheres, a new way of using keyboards. They have always sought remarkable variety within the pieces, with faster moments, more reflective moments, always perfectly fitting synth inserts, riffs that are convincing not just because they're played at a thousand miles an hour, but because they truly are...They have absolutely nothing to do with Marduk, whom I've seen live, and honestly they're not much because they lack everything I've listed before...
If you mean they are ridiculous because at the age when they produced masterpieces they used corpse-painting, it’s true, they were, but I listen to the music... If you have narrow tastes, as you say, that's your problem, but you can't help but judge a book by its cover... which is foolish...
Even in death metal, it's full of cookie-cutter bands, right? But do you like those?
