Vasco Rossi Siamo Solo Noi

So I read everything that's written on this page... now I have a doubt: what the hell do you listen to in Italy?? The Blues?????? Le Vibrazioni???? Or do you listen to Nirvana and then come and say that Vasco is crap? No, because if you listen to Nirvana and say that Vasco is a drunken drug addict, it means that a fly swimming in shit is more coherent than you!!!!! Can you tell me one by one if you’ve never smoked a joint or gotten drunk?? Stop acting like you’re righteous, heroes, saviors of the homeland!! Vasco is a completely normal, humble person who tells the truth with his songs! Wake up instead of letting yourselves be fooled by the first fool that passes by!! Listen to good music, the right words........ and then don’t tell me you’ve never thought about and wished to live a WILD LIFE........ bye

I'm responding to jamezhifield83: 1) put an idiot with floppy cock-shaped ears 2) put a computer in front of him 3) make him listen to an album by the best Italian singer of all time... the result... the worst music listener in the world!!! what the hell are you listening to, you faggot!!!!!!!

well.....I don't understand how certain people can say these things.......do you even know what rock is? or are you still into blue and the gemelli diversi?????? I get that some people may not like Vasco and Liga, but to say they are nothing and that they are two shitty artists honestly makes me want to shit on your face.......if it weren't for them who are still out there filling stadiums and selling a ton of records, we’d still be sitting in front of the stereo listening to Baglioni......do you realize that??????

So, dot dot dot, you idiot, there's that half-assed father of yours who brought you into the world without first giving you a shred of brains... Can you tell me who was doing rock in Italy before '78???? Tell me, jerk, and then stop writing your crap... They shouldn't let you out of the house when you say this nonsense, ignorant...

So, guys, don't write nonsense since March... I read just 2 lines of the review and I wanted to express my opinion... In Italy, until 25 years ago, there was no rock!! In 1978, a certain Vasco Rossi from Zocca started making rock music and he did it exceptionally well, to the point of being loved by hundreds and hundreds of people from 3 different generations... About ten years ago, Liga popped up with a sound that’s not bad at all, and he also manages to fill hearts and stadiums!!!!! I don't know if Vasco and Ligabue respect each other or hate each other, and honestly, that's just their business... All I know is that if it weren't for these 2 people, rock in Italy would have been left to Le Vibrazioni… Imagine how awful that would be......... Bye.

So, Charles, it's normal that Vasco is not the same as he was in "Siamo Solo Noi"... he's 53 years old now, but compare him to people his age or those in the Italian artistic scene and you'll see... in Italy, he's the only one who can still fill entire stadiums. Whether it's because of the fame he has now or the energy he puts out and transmits, Vasco is the only one who can move three different generations... as for "Buoni o Cattivi," it's obvious that it's not at the same level as the old albums, but you’ll see that in a few years "Buoni o Cattivi" will be remembered as one of Vasco's best albums... Vasco continues to make music for himself and for his fans, and as long as he has the strength to do so, he will keep jumping up and down on stage... those who limit themselves to remembering the Vasco of the 80s and early 90s and don't consider the one of today mean they want him dead... Vasco is Vasco... identical to what he was 20 years ago... just with a bit more wisdom... as for the bands you've mentioned, honestly, I don’t know any of them, maybe because they have nothing to do with what Vasco has done in Italy... I hope for them that they will succeed... as for Oasis, I think they are a mediocre band that will only be remembered for a few songs... they won’t go on like other historic bands.

Instead of comparing Oasis with Kasabian or Jet, which are emerging bands, why don't you compare them to established groups like REM or U2? I don't believe Oasis is on the same level as these two bands... U2 and REM have truly made history with some unforgettable tracks! Aside from "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back in Anger," I haven't heard another song from Oasis that could be defined as "historic"... And honestly, I don't think we'll be seeing many Rock Kings still performing on stage in twenty years... Of course, if the ones pushing music forward are bands like Blue or similar groups, then it's normal for Oasis to keep going...

I would like to respond to Charles: Dear Charles, if songs like "Sally," "Vivere," "Albachiara," "Vita spericolata," and many others are dull and devoid of meaning, it means that you don't understand Italian, and that's why you find solace in foreign songs like "Turn Up the Sun"... which may be a song, perhaps a nice one from a rhythmic point of view, but certainly, like all foreign songs, it will have a very ridiculous meaning... anyway, I don't know the song and therefore I'm unable to judge... you can say anything about Vasco... the usual comments like "he's a drug addict" (and then I would like to know who in the music world isn't? I'm not bothered, but when I hear that Vasco hasn't put out a decent song since '95, well then I start to think that you are one of those who says they don't know Vasco, but then you have a good part of his albums in your room... as for the usual 130,000... well, if you managed to see that it's always the usual 130,000, it means you are equipped with an exceptional radar... go to NASA... maybe you can help resolve one of humanity's doubts... life on other planets... I want to point out that Vasco's last album sold over a million copies... and I don't believe that the usual 130,000 bought the same CD multiple times, or that the same 130,000 from last year multiplied to become 450,000 and gathered in Catanzaro... please, when you talk about Vasco, take off your hat... rock in Italy is him, and if it weren't for him, music here would still be Gianni Morandi or Claudio Baglioni... bye.

Well... from what you say, it doesn't seem like you understand much about music... because if Vasco's lyrics are mediocre, I invite you to listen closely, really closely, to "Sally," "Albachiara," "Vita Spericolata," "Siamo Solo Noi"... then compare them to the lyrics of any other singer or group, your choice, and then ask yourself if you can't find yourself in Vasco's songs. If you can't connect with even one song, it means you're a vegetable... Anyway, we're not here to talk about Vasco or anyone else, but about those crap Oasis... pure shit.
