A masterpiece... even if it’s not my favorite by Slayer, it’s a great album... Mandatory Suicide is stunning, just like the title track and Silent Scream... a successful experiment for Slayer.

In my opinion, the best album by Carcass...the union of violence and experimentation, every time I listen to this album I feel like moshing and breaking everything, all the tracks are devastating but I particularly favor the opening track Reek Of Putrefaction, Exhume To Consume, Empathological Necroticism, and Embryonic Necropsy And Devourment...one of the best death metal albums of all time.

Phenomenal album... I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a bible for gore metal bands in the future. Huge anthems to death metal are The Matter Of Splatter, the title track, and A Song For The Dead, which reminded me a lot of Carcass from Necrocitism.
