Alright, it was enough to copy and paste, it was clear. XD For me, this album doesn't "bore," also because it's more varied than Train of Thought, huh...

We didn't argue. Well, it's pointless to talk to someone who, besides not having it, doesn't even know what having knowledge of the facts means...

Yes, because it's silly that instead of articulating the discussion you come out with phrases like: "So, Beat Ramone, I'm not answering your let's say concept, I want to know which bands you listen to, or which musicians you follow, maybe to see if among your bands there's someone who is better than JOHN PETRUCCI AND ALL THE OTHERS, COME ON, LET ME TEASE YOU A LITTLE," since what is "better" or "worse" varies based on taste. My point is to see where he could be going with his argument without any key points (My questions above are more than legitimate)! This claim that Dream Theater suck because there are better musicians, then he must also list ALL the other bands that have worse or equal musicians and complain (or his argument doesn’t hold). If he says that the concept album criterion is wrong (connecting pieces of an album together, revisiting certain themes and/or motifs that for him signify a lack of creativity), then he must complain about the entire progressive phenomenon! Come on, tell me that Pink Floyd, Rush, King Crimson, Banco del mutuo soccorso, etc., had no ideas because they made concept albums! These are the points our charming friend should reflect on, even if he'd do better to stay quiet and avoid throwing out more nonsense.

...well, I knew it would end like this. You have little brain TheDanceofEternity, and you Beat_Ramone, wasting time on insults, have, coincidentally, overlooked my questions. But I understand you, after all, it’s easy to say: "I pierce you, I stab you," etc. In the end, I now know I’m dealing with a kid who can't be more than 16-17 years old (besides having a very poor musical knowledge), so the value of your critiques drops below 0. :)

Hey Rob, unfortunately, progressive is quite an elite genre, but it's nice that you appreciate it at 15 (especially the 70's stuff). There are various websites on the web that cover this topic, including www.progarchives.com (the best on the net, but in English, ranging from what comes before prog to what really matters today in the word "progressive," without denying Neo-Prog and Prog Metal). As for the Italian ones, a very good one is www.unprogged.com. If you know English, definitely check out the first one and you’ll never stop thanking me (;P), otherwise, the second is a great start. I’ll look into this band I’m not familiar with; it seems interesting. Great review.

Mmm...mmm...the review is nice, too bad that to say certain things about the entire discographies of the Beatles, Korn, Dream Theater, Guns 'N Roses, and Metallica, you really have to know a bit about music...oh well, mother nature hasn’t equipped everyone with the same ability... (Who knows, maybe you cook better...);)

Well done, Filippo Guzzardi, a nice Maidenian historiography, well-researched and quite accurate, even though I don't completely agree.

...certainly if it's called Progressive Metal, I don't think it draws inspiration from grunge...
Death The Sound Of Perseverance

This album is truly the pinnacle of Death Metal: Fast, Technical, Cutting, and fucking sad. Unfortunately, in the genre, it remains the last great masterpiece. Chuck R.I.P., you gave us emotions until the end...(A review written fairly well, but it doesn't really explain what this cd is...)
