uh, I can't support you on this one: a cesarean is technically very quick, but I find it really boring and monotonous, I've always considered it the worst of the elii.

It's only natural, then, that one cannot think of Romero, whom I have always appreciated,<<<< honestly, after that "we deserve the 5 for Romero" I had a different impression, but whatever.

X JAPAN is a must for every rocker, regardless of genre>>> mmm, I have a feeling you wouldn’t convince Julian Cope. Not me either for that matter; I have serious biases against fans of this stuff who are over a certain age (15-16 years). >>>>kei," not "key": it’s not "key" in English, but "style" in Japanese.<<<< well, I wouldn't say I'm an expert... but doesn’t "visual" mean something in Japanese too? Anyway, these Vidoll definitely don’t do it for me, the first video dramatically reminds me of Lacuna Coil.

Well, in my opinion, you are pointing out a trend that doesn't exist.

Every person who loves Buckley (and I love him too, mind you!) looks down on Dylan<<< and where did you hear that?
Ingmar Bergman Il Posto Delle Fragole

do you agree with me regarding: ok on the value of Bergman which is not in the slightest under discussion, but I don't know what you mean by "metro debaseriano", everyone here has their own different measure. Also, it's not that we give ratings to Bergman and Romero but to their films, which obviously vary in quality... and some of Romero's films are quite remarkable.

panapp, since you seem human or at least don’t write with k’s and texting abbreviations, can you tell me if these are like x-japan? No, just to understand, because my first encounter with visual kei was with them, and I consider them one of the most chilling things I’ve ever heard and seen, truly, truly embarrassing stuff. I mean, it’s grown people who dress like this.

absolutely ignorant about it. It sounds cool, bravè enè, I’ll add it to my wishlist.

"the best voice of the new millennium," "the best debut of the new millennium, without a doubt"... is this a joke? I've heard the voice, the little single isn't shameful but it's just a weak, weak thing without even a memorable hook; the review barely says anything about the rest of the album.
Tim Buckley Lorca

Well, blue afternoon and happy sad are two out-of-this-world albums, maybe more the second one, but the first is truly underrated. Damn, an album that contains chase the blues away, i have must been blind, the river, café (café damn, immense), the train... Lorca is indeed less friendly. About the posthumous stuff: there’s a nice album from Rhino, Work in progress, that I think is worth it (I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to someone just starting to listen to Buckley, but it’s definitely of quality). There are some beautiful takes of songs that would end up on Happy sad, far from amateurish, and other things including Father song, which is very simple and very beautiful. And then I have some live recordings but haven’t delved much into them, while just now (in the last two years, maybe even less) on the forum of timbuckley.com, numerous bootlegs are surfacing, and I think there’s a lot of good stuff. Sooner or later, I have to dive into it.
