Anyway, you deserve one for having burned your "cover" at the first comment :)

I wrote that it is the most famous because certificates, awards, and critical and public recognition make it quite objective. It is undoubtedly very famous, but I have some doubts about "the most famous"; I couldn't say if it's more famous than Watchmen, for example. Just like with "the most important," I think there are many beautiful and important works, but those are details; it's a great comic.

Yes, very beautiful, from what I remember because it's been a while. I might avoid judgments like "the most important" but also "the most famous," even though its place in the history of comics is assured.

Better these than the other crap that’s on the Italian radio, right???<<< better than getting kicked in the ass, but I mean, if the comparison is only with what commercial radio plays, then you can play by yourselves. If the comparison is with the big, big, big world of music, fuck useless ass-kissing like popporn.

How can you resist "Pop Porno" (set to become a sublime hit of Italian airplay.<<< But please, come on. I vote for the sublime hit.

Why have I never seen it? (this comment is a knot in the handkerchief, hoping to remember the handkerchief)

Whether you were disappointed or if you just think it sucks, that's all part of it, you know, even having only heard three songs. It seems to me that you come from rather different listening habits, even if they're not exactly obscure, you know, like Soundgarden, I like them a lot too, but they're not exactly a band known by just a few people :)

"If you want to appreciate unknown music, then go to the rehearsal rooms of the most remote places in the world, where the kids have no chance of breaking through, and let them gift you their records; you'll discover groups with real ideas and talent." Now explain to me, aside from the fact that you yourself said you have a superficial impression of this album having heard three tracks, so there's no way you actually know the band (no one has talked about misunderstood geniuses: first because no one has mentioned geniuses, and second because they are far from being misunderstood). But aside from that, do you really go to rehearsal rooms, like in Guatemala, to look for super obscure stuff when you want to listen to an album?

Yes, yes, but it's also true that saying it's a cold album when it's exactly the opposite... Spiderland by Slint is a cold album (not a flaw). Anyway, you could have saved yourself the trouble of shifting the judgment from the album to the listener... if only because you're completely missing the mark. As for the fact that Ellis isn't Uto Ughi (or at least doesn't perform great virtuoso pieces), that hardly matters, actually. Then a statement like "Honestly, anyone who can play the violin decently, having access to an excellent recording studio and producer and a passion for experimental rock, could create an album like Ocean Songs." You should provide some examples of the "anyone," because otherwise, your statement sounds like "Picasso can't paint" (I imagine you've heard that one a few times).

Hi easy, great review, I stopped at bufo alvarius but I’ll get this one, I’m curious to hear limerick. I completely disagree with the argument about long tracks, in the sense that for me the issue doesn’t arise... in terms of length, there are long tracks that are pretentious and unresolved and short tracks that don’t develop great ideas and are equally frustrating. But then again, it’s all about taste.
